How Farm-In, Farm-Out Works with Us
Farm-out, from us to you. Our riders sometimes need a car or a bus somewhere we don’t run: a coach for a church group touring Washington, a sedan at O’Hare for someone who flew out of ABE, a Sprinter for a team arriving in Denver. We send that trip to an operator in that market, with everything we collected: names, pickup address and time, flight details, passenger and bag counts, stops, and a cell number for the person in charge.
Farm-in, from you to us. Your client flies into ABE, PHL or Newark and needs to get to a hotel in Bethlehem. Your group is coming in for Musikfest, a Lehigh game or a wedding at a Valley venue. You send it to us, and we price it and run it from Orefield, about 15 minutes from Allentown and ABE.
We work the Lehigh Valley and eastern Pennsylvania day to day, and we run to the Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York airports. The Lehigh Valley page shows the towns we cover close to home, and the fleet page shows the vehicle classes, from a sedan to a 56-passenger coach.

What We Look for in Operator Partners
We go through partner requirements with each operator before the first trip. Expect the conversation to cover the questions any careful operator should ask a new affiliate:
- Your operating authority for the state you run in, and for interstate trips if you cross state lines
- Insurance, and a current certificate we can keep on file
- The vehicle classes you run and the area you cover
- How you dispatch, confirm a trip and tell a client their chauffeur or driver is on the way
- How you handle changes on the day: a delayed flight, an extra stop, a group that runs long
- How you bill another operator, and when
The same questions can run both ways, so ask us anything on that list before you send us a trip.

What a Trip Handoff from Us Looks Like
Trips go out as a written trip sheet, not a phone call that someone has to remember. You get the passenger names, the pickup and drop-off addresses, the times, the flight number where there is one, the passenger and bag counts, any stops, and notes from the rider. If something changes after the handoff, it comes to you in writing too.
Before the first trip, we’d want payment terms, non-solicitation and how changes get confirmed, all agreed in writing. That protects your clients as much as ours.

Where Trips Tend to Go in Each Direction
Out of the Valley, the farm-out work follows people who fly. Travelers fly from ABE to Florida and the big connecting hubs, and plenty of Lehigh Valley companies send staff through PHL and Newark to cities all over the country. Some of those travelers want a car waiting when they land. Groups heading out on multi-day tours sometimes want a local operator at the far end for side trips.
Into the Valley, the farm-in work clusters around the calendar: Lehigh, Lafayette, Muhlenberg and Moravian move-in and graduation weekends, Musikfest in August, Christkindlmarkt in Bethlehem late in the year, wedding season at Valley venues, and conferences and site visits along the I-78 corridor.

Send a note through the contact page with your company name, the markets you cover, your vehicle classes and how to reach your dispatch. We’ll reply to talk through how trading trips would work. If you have a trip that needs covering right now, the quote form works for operators too; mention in the notes that it’s a farm-in. The about page explains how we handle a request from start to finish.
