Choosing Among Our Group Transportation Services
Start with the headcount, then the distance, then whether the vehicle has to repeat a route. The common cases:
| Your trip | Start with | Usual vehicle |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 3 riders, a flight or a meeting | Black car service | Business sedan |
| A family of 5 with bags for PHL or Newark | Airport transfers | Premium SUV |
| 7 to 14 people, one destination | Sprinter van rental | Executive Sprinter |
| Guests or staff moving between 2 points for hours | Shuttle bus rental | Minibus or Sprinter |
| 24 to 56 people going a distance together | Charter bus rental | Minibus or motorcoach |
| A birthday, bachelorette or casino night | Party bus rental | Party bus or Sprinter limo |
| A prom, an anniversary, a night out in Bethlehem | Limo service | Stretch limousine |
| The couple, attendants and guests on one day | Wedding transportation | Limo plus a guest shuttle |
| Clients, site visits, a roadshow, a team offsite | Corporate transportation | Sedan, SUV or Sprinter |
| Musikfest, a PPL Center show, a gala | Event transportation | Shuttle, party bus or coach |
Headcount Comes First
Seat counts decide most of it. Up to 3 fits a sedan, up to 6 an SUV, up to 14 a Sprinter, 24 to 35 a minibus and up to 56 a coach. In the gaps, 2 smaller vehicles often beat 1 large one, especially when people start from different towns.
Then Distance and Time on Board
A 20-minute hop to SteelStacks and a 3-hour run to Beaver Stadium are different rides. For long hauls, think about legroom, luggage space and a restroom stop on the way, and pick the vehicle you’d still want to sit in during the second hour.

One Trip, or a Loop
If everyone leaves together and comes home together, that’s a charter or a Sprinter day. If the vehicle runs the same leg again and again, hotel to venue or parking lot to plant gate, it’s a shuttle, and the plan is built on loop times instead of a single departure.
The Occasion Matters Too
A party bus is for the ride itself; a stretch limo is for the photos outside the church. Say what the day is for and we’ll steer you to the right vehicle.

Ground Transportation: Lehigh Valley First, Then Everywhere Else
Ground transportation in the Lehigh Valley starts near our Orefield base: most pickups are in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and the boroughs between them. From there the common runs are the airports, Philadelphia, Manhattan, Atlantic City, the Poconos and Penn State; see charter bus day trips from the Lehigh Valley. Our regular area also covers New Jersey and New York, mostly airport runs, plus Connecticut and Massachusetts. A trip that starts farther away still comes to us first, and we line up a partner operator near your starting point. The fleet page lines up every vehicle class with seats and luggage.

Not Sure Which Line Fits?
Send the trip anyway. Describe it in plain words, such as “40 coworkers, Fogelsville to a Phillies game, back by 11,” and dispatch will match the vehicle and send a written quote. Start a request.
Some days need 2 lines at once: a limo for the couple and a shuttle for the guests, or a Sprinter for the executives and a coach for everyone else at the offsite. Put both on the same request with their own times, and we’ll plan them as one day.
