Reviews will be collected on Google and shown on this page as they arrive. We chose Google because a review posted there belongs to the person who wrote it: we can reply, but we can’t rewrite it.

Every review shown here appears exactly as the rider wrote it.
Rode with Us? Here’s What Helps the Next Rider
If we drove you to the airport, ran a shuttle at your wedding or took your group to a game, a few honest lines go a long way. The reviews other people find useful usually mention:
- What the trip was: an early PHL run, a prom night, a minibus to Philadelphia
- Whether the pickup happened when and where it was supposed to
- How the chauffeur or driver handled the day, by name if you remember it
- The state of the vehicle when it arrived
- Anything that went wrong, and what happened next
If you’d rather tell us directly than post on Google, use the contact page. We’ll ask before we share anything you send.
If the Trip Didn’t Go Well
Write the review anyway. A late pickup or a vehicle that wasn’t what you were told is exactly what the next person should know about. Send us the details as well, with the date and the pickup address, so we can look at what happened on our side and answer you properly, not with a form letter.
