If the trip is in the next day or two, say so in the first line of whatever you send. Dates that close need a vehicle and a chauffeur or driver lined up quickly, and it helps dispatch see it first.
What to Put in Your Message
It depends on why you’re writing:
- A trip that’s already booked. Give the date, the pickup time and the name on the booking, then what’s changing.
- Something left in a vehicle. Tell us the date, where you were picked up and what the item looks like.
- A question before you book. Ask it straight. Party bus rules, payment, how early to leave for a flight: the FAQ may already have it, and if not, we’d rather hear it now than on the day.
