The Lehigh Valley is home, and its 3 cities sit at the center of the service area. The Lehigh Valley page covers the whole area, with a section for each city:

  • Allentown: Hamilton Street, the PPL Center and the West End colleges.
  • Bethlehem: Main Street, the SouthSide, SteelStacks and Wind Creek.
  • Easton: Centre Square, College Hill and the Valley’s shortest drive to Newark.

East of the Delaware, one page covers New Jersey and New York, from Phillipsburg pickups and the shore to Midtown hotels and JFK and LaGuardia arrivals.

States in Our Transportation Service Area

Our regular service area covers 5 states. Pennsylvania is home base; the other 4 are where trips go, and where many of them can start.

Lehigh Valley Towns We Serve

Outside the cities, a request works the same way. Give us the street address and we plan the pickup from there. These are the Lehigh Valley towns we serve, grouped by county:

  • Lehigh County: Orefield (that’s us), Schnecksville, Fogelsville, Breinigsville, Macungie, Emmaus, Whitehall, Coplay, Catasauqua, Coopersburg and Center Valley.
  • Northampton County: Nazareth, Bath, Northampton and Hellertown.

Don’t see your town? If it sits between these, it’s very likely inside the counties below. Put the address on the request and dispatch will confirm it.

New Jersey and New York Airports, and the Rest

Airport runs tie the whole service area together. ABE, PHL and Newark each have a page with drive times and terminal notes. JFK and LaGuardia share a section on the airports page, which also compares them all side by side. The others are quoted on request.

Drive times below are from Allentown in ordinary traffic. Easton sits about 15 minutes closer to everything east of the Delaware, and Bethlehem a few minutes closer.

Eastern Pennsylvania Transportation, and Past It

Inside the service area, everything starts with the address. Interstate runs that begin here work the same way: the Valley to Manhattan for a show, Bethlehem to Boston for a college move-in, Allentown to Washington for a school trip. A coach that crosses state lines runs under federal limits on driver hours, so a very long day may need 2 drivers, and the quote will say so. For a trip outside the transportation service area, such as a team landing in Charlotte or a pickup at a Baltimore hotel, we line it up through a partner operator in that city, and you still deal with us.

We’re based in Orefield, so a pickup in Hartford or Boston includes the drive to reach you, and a long one-way run includes the drive back. Both show on the quote as their own lines, and how pricing works explains why.

For eastern Pennsylvania transportation of any size, the request is the same: pickup address, destination, date, time and headcount. Send it through the quote form, or start with the list of services if you’re not sure which vehicle fits.

Service Area Questions

Short answers on the states we cover, airport pickups, distance and towns not named here. Ask anything else on the quote form.

Which States Do You Cover?

Pennsylvania is home: the Lehigh Valley, the 4 counties around it and Philadelphia. New Jersey and New York are covered too, their airports most of all, and so are Connecticut and Massachusetts. A trip that starts anywhere else in the United States goes through a partner operator we arrange, and you still book it with us.

Can You Pick Me Up at JFK or Newark and Drive Me Home to Pennsylvania?

Yes. Send the flight number and the home address, and dispatch plans the pickup around your landing time; if the flight changes, send the new time. The New Jersey and New York page lists the usual drive times.

Does a Pickup Far from Orefield Cost More?

It can, because the vehicle has to reach you and get back. A Phillipsburg pickup adds very little; a Hartford or Boston start adds hours of driving. That time is a separate line on the written quote, so you can see it. For a short local ride far from the Valley, we may arrange a partner operator closer to you.

My Town Isn’t Listed. Do You Still Pick Up There?

Very likely. The places named on this page are examples, not the edge of the service area. Put the full street address on the quote request and dispatch will confirm how the trip is covered before anything is booked.
