Who Books a Party Bus Rental
A party bus is for nights when the ride is part of the plan. Everyone boards at once, the group stays together, and nobody has to drive home at the end of the night. These are the usual reasons people book one.
Bachelorette Party Bus Nights
The usual shape is an afternoon of 2 or 3 stops, dinner in Bethlehem, then photos or a show before the ride home. Most restaurants and venues want a reservation for a party your size, so lock those in before you book the bus. The pacing for a full day out is laid out under Lehigh Valley day trips.

Birthdays, Anniversaries and Reunions
Think of a 30th, a 40th, a 25th anniversary or a high school reunion that wants to see the old town. A typical night is dinner downtown, a show at PPL Center, then one last stop before the drop-offs.
Kids’ Party Bus Birthdays
These are daytime runs for a 10th or 13th birthday: pickup at the house, a loop around town, a stop for pizza or ice cream, home before dinner. Send each rider’s age and the number of adults coming along, and we’ll confirm the rules for minors in writing.

Casino Nights and Concerts
Wind Creek Bethlehem is close to most Valley pickups. Atlantic City is about 2½ hours, and most party buses seat you along the walls, which is great for 40 minutes and less great for 2½ hours. For 35 people headed to the Boardwalk, compare the party bus with a coach before you decide; see Atlantic City day trips for how a coach day runs. For concerts, galas and festival nights, see event transportation.

Party Bus in Allentown, PA, and Across the Valley
Downtown Allentown is about 15 minutes from our Orefield base, so Hamilton Street, PPL Center and the West End are quick starts, and our Lehigh Valley page has more on service in Allentown. Party bus rental in the Lehigh Valley doesn’t stop at Allentown, either: pickups run from Emmaus and Macungie to Nazareth and Easton. If you typed “party bus rental near me” from Coopersburg or Bath, you’re inside our usual pickup area.

Party Bus or Sprinter Limo: Matching the Size
- Party bus, 20 to 40 riders. Seating usually runs around the cabin, and there’s no luggage hold, so it’s built for a night out rather than an airport run.
- Sprinter limo, up to 12 riders. A limo-style cabin for smaller groups, with room for light bags only. A good fit for a bachelorette party of 10 or a birthday day out for 8.
- Stretch limousine, up to 10. The classic for prom photos and anniversaries. Both limos are booked through our limo service.
Count a seat for every rider, including the friend who joins at the second stop. The seat count is the limit, so a group of 24 needs a bus rated for at least 24. Between 12 and 20 people, a 20-seat party bus or 2 Sprinter limos can both work, and splitting makes sense when the group starts from 2 towns.

Party Bus
Best for: birthdays, casino nights, prom groups

Sprinter Limo
Best for: day trips, bachelorette nights, small wedding parties
Seat counts are typical for each class and photos show the vehicle type. Your quote names the exact vehicle and its capacity.
How a Party Bus Night Gets Booked
Send the pickup addresses, each stop in order with roughly how long you’ll stay, and the drop-off plan. Heading home to different towns? List them all, because every extra drop-off adds time. Start your request.
Ages and the Night’s Organizer
Give the headcount with each rider’s age, plus who is organizing and the cell number they’ll carry that night.
Seats, Hours and House Rules
We fit a bus to your group and price the hours until the last rider is home. The written quote names the seat count and the rules on minors and smoking.
Say Yes to the Night
Give the nod and you’ll get the first pickup time and address in writing, plus the contact for the night. New rider joining? Send their age too.
Party Bus Requirements, Rules and a Sample Night
Every party bus booking raises the same questions: how young riders can be, whether smoking or vaping is allowed, which decorations and food are fine on board, what happens with a spill. Ask about any of them before you book, and the answers go on your written quote.
A Sample Saturday, About 5 Hours
- 6:00 p.m. First pickup at the host’s house in Macungie.
- 6:20 p.m. Second pickup in Emmaus.
- 7:00 p.m. Dinner reservation on Main Street in Bethlehem.
- 8:45 p.m. Back on the bus for dessert and photos on the SouthSide.
- 10:30 p.m. Final boarding call; everyone heads back to the bus.
- 11:15 p.m. Drop-offs in reverse order, Emmaus first, Macungie last.
That’s a little over 5 hours from first pickup to last drop-off, and the hours are what drive the price. Trimming 30 minutes or one stop is the simplest way to bring the number down.
Restroom Stops
On a long night, plan a stop every couple of hours; the FAQ below covers buses with a restroom on board.

Why Party Groups Book DT Goods
Party bus nights go wrong at the edges: a late first pickup, a restaurant that wasn’t expecting 30 people, a drop-off order nobody planned. We work through those parts with you before the date.
Based in Orefield
We’re about 15 minutes from Allentown and from ABE, so Route 22 at rush hour, I-78 truck traffic and the Turnpike ramps are old news to us.
One Request, Any Size
A sedan for 2 or a coach for 56: the same form, the same people, one quote.
Always with a Chauffeur or Driver
Nothing here is self-drive. Every booking comes with someone behind the wheel whose job is getting your people there.
The Quote Comes in Writing
You see the price before anything is booked, and no card is ever taken on this website.
Timing Planned Backward
We start from the time that can’t move (a flight, a dinner reservation, a ceremony or a kickoff) and work back to the pickup, with room for traffic or a snowy morning.
Past the Valley, Still One Contact
When a trip starts somewhere else in the country, we arrange it through partner operators and you keep talking to us.
Party Bus Rental Pricing: What Moves the Number
Bus size and hours come first, and party buses carry an hourly minimum. After that it’s the day and the season: Saturdays from April to June compete with proms and weddings, while a Thursday in February doesn’t. Tolls on longer runs such as Atlantic City, and the gratuity, round out the quote. Our post on what a party bus costs in Allentown walks through it, and the full list of factors is under how pricing works.

Party Bus Age Limit, Decorations and Other Questions
Short answers on party bus rules, age limits, decorations, hours and booking ahead. Anything else can go on the quote form.
What Are the Party Bus Requirements?
We need a headcount with everyone’s age, an organizer’s name and cell number for the day, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and the stops in order. The rules on minors, smoking and decorations come with your written quote, and the seat count on that quote is the limit for riders. Ask about smoking, vaping or anything else before you book. Venues set their own requirements, so check whether your restaurants or venues want a reservation for a group your size.
Is There a Party Bus Age Limit?
There’s no single age for every booking. Whether younger riders can travel without an adult on board is a company rule, and your written quote states it. For proms, sweet 16s and kids’ birthdays, tell us the ages and how many adults are coming.
Can We Decorate the Party Bus?
Usually, yes: balloons, banners and a birthday sign are the common ones. Anything that could mark the seats or block the aisle needs a yes first, and glitter or confetti tends to bring a cleaning charge, so ask on the request. The rules for your booking come with your written quote.
Do Party Buses Have a Bathroom?
Many don’t. If a restroom on board matters, especially for a longer run like Atlantic City, put it on the request and we’ll tell you whether the bus we’re quoting has one. If it doesn’t, the plan includes stops, and on a 2½-hour drive a stop is part of the day anyway.
How Many Hours Should We Book?
Count from the first pickup to the moment the last rider is home, then add some slack; your quote states when the billed hours start. A birthday dinner with 2 stops after it runs about 4 to 5 hours, and a day trip with 3 or 4 stops usually needs 6 or more. Party buses carry an hourly minimum, so a very short night is billed at the minimum anyway, and it often makes sense to plan one more stop.
Can We Book a Kids’ Party Bus for a Birthday?
Yes. A kids’ birthday run is usually a daytime booking of a few hours with a stop or two, and the parents pick the stops. Tell us the ages and how many adults will ride along; the rule on minors riding without an adult comes with your quote. Choose a stop with restrooms, because younger riders will want one.
How Far Ahead Should We Book a Party Bus in Allentown?
For a Saturday between April and June, book as soon as you have the date, because proms and weddings claim a lot of buses. Musikfest in August and December holiday parties are busy too. Weeknight dates are much easier to find. Send the request even if the date is close, and we’ll tell you what’s open.
How Should We Compare Party Bus Rental Companies?
Ask each one the same questions: who’s driving, how many people the quoted bus actually seats, what’s in the price (hours, gratuity, tolls, cleaning), and what the rules are on minors and smoking. Get the answers in writing. Our quote names the vehicle class and seat count and sets out our rules.
